By downloading and using Snowball, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Snowball is a personal finance tracker that lets you record transactions, set budgets and goals, and view spending analytics. It is a personal organization tool and does not constitute financial, accounting, or investment advice.
2. Use of the App
You are responsible for the data you enter and the financial decisions you make. The app is provided "as is," without warranties as to the accuracy of calculations or automatic categorization.
3. Subscriptions (Snowball Pro)
Snowball offers the following subscription plans, which unlock features such as AI statement import, unlimited transactions and goals, advanced analytics, and alerts:
- Weekly — auto-renewable subscription billed weekly.
- Annual — auto-renewable subscription billed yearly.
- Lifetime — one-time purchase, no renewal.
Prices are shown in the app, in your local currency, before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
4. Restoring Purchases
Purchases can be restored at any time via "Restore purchases" in the app, using the same Apple ID.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of Snowball are owned by DevSkin and protected by applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
DevSkin is not liable for financial losses, decisions, or damages arising from use of the app. Use Snowball as an organization aid, not as your sole basis for decisions.
7. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. License Agreement (EULA)
Use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).
