Where is my data stored?
On your own device. Snowball requires no account or login.
How does AI statement import work?
It's a Pro feature. You choose a statement PDF and the app sends the transaction text for automatic categorization. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
In Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the period you've already paid for.
How do I erase all my data?
In Settings > Clear all data inside the app, or by uninstalling it.
