By using Lullaby, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Acceptance
Downloading, installing or using Lullaby constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Service Description
Lullaby is a postpartum routine tracking application that allows you to:
- Record and track baby sleep
- Predict nap times based on wake windows
- Record breastfeeding, diapers and crying
- View trends and statistics
- AI-powered sleep consultant to answer questions about the baby's routine
- Integrate with Amazon Alexa for voice recording
3. Health Disclaimer
Lullaby does not replace professional medical or pediatric guidance.
- Sleep predictions are estimates based on wake windows
- Do not use the application for diagnosis or treatment of health conditions
- Consult your baby's pediatrician for medical guidance
- In case of emergency, seek immediate medical attention
4. Sleep Consultant (Artificial Intelligence)
The sleep consultant uses artificial intelligence. Responses are generated automatically, may contain inaccuracies and are for informational purposes only. They do not replace guidance from a doctor or pediatrician.
By sending messages to the consultant, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The content of your message and a summary of the baby's routine (sleep and feeding times) are sent to our server and to an AI provider to generate the response
- No data is used for diagnosis, treatment or medical advice
- You should not enter sensitive data beyond what is needed for the question about the baby's routine
5. Plans and Subscription
Free Version
- Basic recording and tracking features
Premium Subscription
- Advanced features as described in the application
- Automatic monthly or annual renewal
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Cancellation available in App Store settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions)
6. Usage Conditions
The user agrees to:
- Use the application only for personal purposes
- Not reverse engineer or modify the software
- Not use the service for unlawful purposes
7. Intellectual Property
Lullaby, including source code, design, trademarks and content, is owned by DevSkin. Reproduction, modification or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided without guarantees of:
- Absolute accuracy in sleep predictions
- Uninterrupted availability
- Specific health outcomes
DevSkin is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application.
9. Changes
These terms may be modified at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the application.
10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The competent forum for resolving any disputes is Sao Paulo/SP.
