How does sleep prediction work?

Lullaby uses wake windows based on the baby's age to predict the next ideal nap time. The more records you make, the more accurate the prediction will be.

How does the Alexa integration work?

Enable the Lullaby skill on Alexa and say commands like "Alexa, tell Lullaby the baby fell asleep". Alexa can also automatically detect crying using the Sound Detection feature.

Is my data synchronized?

Yes. Records made via Alexa are automatically synchronized with the app. Local app data is stored on the device.

Premium subscription information

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

How to restore a previous purchase?

Go to Profile > Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID from the original purchase.

How to delete my data?

Go to Profile to manage your data. For complete server data deletion, contact us by email.
