Lullaby - Baby Routine

1. Information collected

Lullaby collects information voluntarily provided by the user for the operation of the service, including:

• Baby's name and date of birth
• Sleep records (start and end times)
• Breastfeeding records (time, side and duration)
• Diaper change records
• Crying events detected via integration with Amazon Echo devices

1.1. Optional account (Sign in with Apple / Google)

Lullaby works fully without an account. If the user chooses to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive from the provider: a unique identifier (sub), name (only on the first Apple sign-in) and email address (which may be a private relay email in the Apple case). This data is used exclusively to identify the account and synchronize records across devices. We do not receive any password. Anonymous users do not have records sent to the account area on the server.

2. How we use the information

The collected information is used exclusively to:

• Provide the baby routine tracking service
• Generate sleep time predictions
• Display trends and statistics to the user
• Synchronize data between the mobile app and the Alexa skill
• Generate sleep consultant (AI assistant) responses, when you use it

The sleep consultant is optional. When you send a message, the text and a summary of the baby's routine (sleep and feeding times) are sent to our server and to an artificial intelligence provider to generate the response. This data is used only to generate the response, never for advertising or profiling.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We do not sell personal information. We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf to operate the service (for example, the AI provider behind the sleep consultant), always limited to what is necessary. Data is retained while the user's account is active.

4. Amazon Alexa integration

When used via Amazon Alexa, the Lullaby skill receives voice commands processed by Amazon and records the information on Lullaby's server.

• The skill does not record, store or process audio
• Crying detection uses Amazon Alexa's native Sound Detection feature
• Processing is done locally on the Echo device

5. Children's data

Lullaby collects data about babies (name and date of birth) provided by parents or legal guardians for the operation of the service. We do not collect data directly from minors.

6. User rights and data deletion

In-app deletion (recommended, immediate): open the app and go to Profile → Account. The available options are:

• Reset data — immediately deletes all records (sleep, feeding, diaper, crying) from both the server and the device while keeping the account.
• Delete account — deletes the account, all associated records, and unlinks the Apple or Google sign-in. This action is immediate and irreversible.

Alternatively, the user may request deletion by email. After the request, data will be removed within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the application.
