These Terms of Use govern your use of the HexCam app. By downloading or using HexCam, you agree to the conditions below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using HexCam means you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, we recommend that you do not use the app.

2. Service Description

HexCam is a tool that identifies colors using the device's camera, showing their HEX, RGB, and HSL values, and letting you save, organize, and share colors. It works entirely on the device, with no internet connection required.

3. Colors Are for Reference

The colors identified by HexCam are for reference. Readings depend on the camera, ambient lighting, and the device screen, and they do not replace calibrated professional colorimetry instruments. For applications requiring exact precision (printing, manufacturing, quality control), confirm the values with proper equipment.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases (HexCam Pro)

HexCam is free for basic use. HexCam Pro unlocks additional features and is available in three options:

The weekly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours beforehand. Payment and renewal are handled by the App Store and charged to your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on iOS. Cancellation stops future renewals while keeping access until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use HexCam lawfully and not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app's operation.

6. Intellectual Property

HexCam, its brand, design, and code are owned by DevSkin and protected by intellectual property laws. The colors, notes, and photos you create belong to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

HexCam is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevSkin is not liable for decisions made based on the color values shown, nor for any inaccuracies arising from hardware, lighting, or usage conditions.

8. Privacy

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: HexCam works offline and collects no personal data.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

10. Termination

You may stop using HexCam at any time by uninstalling the app. Any subscriptions must be canceled separately in iOS Settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
