By using What Plant?, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. About the App
What Plant? identifies plants from photos and provides an AI-generated care guide and problem diagnosis.
2. Informational Purpose
Identifications, care and diagnoses are AI-generated estimates and may contain errors. They must not be used as the sole reference for consuming plants, medicinal use or phytosanitary treatments.
3. Subscriptions
- What Plant? offers 3 free identifications per month. Unlimited access requires a subscription (monthly or annual).
- Payment is processed by the App Store and charged to your Apple account.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24h before the end of the period.
- You can manage and cancel the subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes or to attempt to compromise the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made based on the information generated by the AI.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the changes.
