How can we help?

How does SleepRing record my sleep?

It doesn't: your Apple Watch does. Sleep wearing the Watch with sleep tracking enabled (Sleep app / Sleep focus). In the morning, SleepRing reads the data from the Health app and builds the analysis.

The app is empty / no data. What now?

1) Check permissions in Health > Profile > Apps > SleepRing (enable all categories). 2) Make sure the Watch sleep tracking is on. 3) Wear the Watch overnight and open the app in the morning. 4) Pull down to refresh.

How is the quality score calculated?

The score (0–100) combines: duration vs. your goal, efficiency (time asleep vs. time in bed), restorative sleep share (deep + REM) and number of awakenings.

Why do SpO2/HRV show as "—"?

Those values depend on your Apple Watch model and on overnight measurements. Not every night has SpO2 or HRV readings.

How do I change my sleep goal?

In Settings > Sleep goal inside the app (5h to 12h, in 30-min steps).

Is my data sent to any server?

No. Everything is processed on your device and the app collects no data.
