1. Data we do NOT collect

Wi-Fi Test does not collect your name, email, precise location, contacts or any personal identifier. There is no login and no data is sent to servers we control.

2. Test history

Your speed test results (download, upload, ping, jitter, connection type, public IP and carrier) are stored locally on your device. They never leave your iPhone unless you choose to share them manually. Deleting the app removes all of this history.

3. Speed measurement and third parties

To measure speed, the app exchanges data with Cloudflare's public measurement servers (speed.cloudflare.com). During this process Cloudflare receives your public IP address and technical request information, like any website you visit. Cloudflare's use of this data is governed by its own privacy policy. We send Cloudflare no personally identifying information beyond what is inherent to a network request.

4. Connection type and carrier

The app detects whether you are on Wi-Fi or cellular to classify tests. This detection happens on the device. The carrier/ISP name shown comes from the measurement server response and is kept only in your local history.

5. Children

Wi-Fi Test is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
