By downloading or using RaffleApp, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. About the App
RaffleApp is a raffle and randomness toolkit that works fully offline. It includes: name draws, number draws, team formation, order shuffling, coin flip, dice roll, yes or no, a game score counter and a Truco score tracker.
2. Permitted Use
You may use RaffleApp for personal and recreational purposes. Results are generated randomly and are intended for entertainment and to assist with informal decisions. You are solely responsible for how you use the results.
3. Free and Premium Versions
RaffleApp can be used for free. The free version allows saving up to 5 draws in the history. Premium unlocks unlimited saved draws and watermark-free sharing.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases (Auto-Renewable)
Premium is offered in the following options:
- Weekly Premium — auto-renewable subscription billed weekly.
- Annual Premium — auto-renewable subscription billed yearly.
- Lifetime Premium — one-time purchase, no renewal.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device.
Prices are shown in the app before confirmation and may vary by region. All transactions are processed by the App Store; RaffleApp does not store payment data.
5. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, code and content are owned by DevSkin. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the app.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
RaffleApp is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available without interruption.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevSkin is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including decisions made based on draw results.
8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
