1. Acceptance
By using Pocket you agree to these terms. The app is provided by DevSkin for personal, non-commercial use.
2. What Pocket does
Pocket measures objects with the iPhone camera (augmented reality) and compares the dimensions against a database of destinations: airline carry-on and checked baggage limits, car trunks, and various compartments.
Important: measurements and the "fits / doesn't fit" verdict are informative estimates. AR measurement accuracy varies with lighting, surface, and device. Airline and vehicle dimensions may change without notice, and trunk dimensions are approximations of usable space. Always confirm limits with the airline, carrier, or vehicle manual before traveling. DevSkin is not liable for costs, baggage fees, or damages arising from the use of the app's information.
3. Free plan and Premium subscription
The free plan includes 5 measurements per month and the main destinations. Pocket Premium (monthly or annual subscription) unlocks unlimited measurements and the full destination database.
Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app unlawfully, not to decompile or tamper with the software, and not to resell access.
5. Intellectual property
The app, the Pocket brand, and its content belong to DevSkin. The destination database is provided solely for use within the app.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the current version.
