By using NutriPhoto, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Acceptance
Downloading, installing or using NutriPhoto constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Service Description
NutriPhoto is a nutritional tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to:
- Analyze meal images
- Estimate caloric values and macronutrients
- Track daily food intake
- Provide personalized nutritional recommendations
3. Health Disclaimer
NutriPhoto does not replace professional medical or nutritional guidance.
- Nutritional estimates are approximate
- Do not use the application for diagnosis or treatment of health conditions
- Consult a professional before starting any dietary program
- In case of medical conditions, follow your doctor's advice
4. Plans and Subscription
Free Version
- 2 image analyses per day
- Basic tracking features
Premium Subscription
- Unlimited analyses
- Advanced features as described in the application
- Automatic monthly or annual renewal
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Cancellation available in App Store settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions)
5. Usage Conditions
The user agrees to:
- Use the application only for personal purposes
- Not reverse engineer or modify the software
- Not use the service for unlawful purposes
- Not submit inappropriate content through the application
6. Intellectual Property
NutriPhoto, including source code, design, trademarks and content, is owned by DevSkin. Reproduction, modification or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided without guarantees of:
- Absolute accuracy in nutritional analyses
- Uninterrupted availability
- Specific health outcomes
DevSkin is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application.
8. Changes
These terms may be modified at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the application.
9. Termination
Access to the application may be suspended or terminated in case of violation of these terms.
10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The competent forum for resolving any disputes is Sao Paulo/SP.
