Font Cool was built with privacy first. This policy explains how we handle (or rather, how we don't handle) your data.
1. No data collection
Font Cool works 100% offline. All text processing — converting to Unicode fonts, symbols and kaomojis — happens locally on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, and collect no name, email, location or any identifier.
2. The keyboard and what you type
The Font Cool keyboard does not request "Full Access". Without Full Access, an iOS keyboard extension has no network permission — meaning it is technically impossible for the keyboard to send what you type anywhere. Converted text is inserted directly into the app you're using.
3. Local storage
Your preferences and favorites (saved styles, symbols and kaomojis) are stored only on your device, in an App Group shared between the app and the keyboard. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
4. No third parties
Font Cool uses no analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party SDKs. It uses only Apple's native frameworks, running on-device.
5. Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children. It is safe for all ages.
6. Changes
Any changes to this policy will be reflected on this page and in app updates.
