Privacy Policy

ContractScan analyzes contracts with artificial intelligence. To do that, the text of the document you choose to analyze is sent to OpenAI, which processes the analysis and returns the result. We create no accounts, show no ads and keep none of your contracts on our servers.

1. What happens to your contract

When you request an analysis, the document content (text extracted from the photo, the PDF or typed in) is sent to OpenAI for processing. The result comes back to the app and is stored on your device only. We do not store, read or share the content of your contracts.

Processing by OpenAI follows their privacy policy: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy. If you use your own OpenAI key in the app, the communication happens directly between your iPhone and OpenAI.

2. Data we do NOT collect

ContractScan collects no name, email, location, contacts or any personal identifier. There is no login, no tracking and no advertising.

3. Documents and history

Imported documents and past analyses live in your device's own storage. Deleting the app removes all of it.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We neither receive nor store payment data.

5. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated.
