By using CarSpot you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
CarSpot is an app that lets you save your parked car's location, attach photos and notes, receive parking-meter reminders, review your history and find nearby automotive services. The app works locally, with no account required.
2. Proper and Safe Use
Do not interact with the app while driving. Save or check your car's location only when the vehicle is parked and you are safe. Always obey traffic laws.
3. Location Accuracy
Location depends on the device GPS and external factors (buildings, underground garages, etc.). CarSpot provides an approximate reference and does not guarantee absolute accuracy. Use the app as an aid, not as your only source.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
CarSpot offers a free tier with a limit on saved spots and a Pro version with extra features, available as a subscription (weekly or annual) or a one-time (lifetime) purchase.
- Payment is charged to your App Store account upon purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management and cancellation are done in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design and code of CarSpot belong to DevSkin. Your personal data (spots, photos and notes) remains yours.
6. Limitation of Liability
CarSpot is provided "as is". We are not liable for fines, towing, loss of your vehicle or any damages arising from use of the app.
7. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the revised version.
