By using BuildCalc, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Downloading, installing or using BuildCalc constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Service Description

BuildCalc is a construction calculator that offers:

All calculations are performed locally on the device, with no internet connection required.

3. Subscription Model

The app offers a free plan with a limit of 5 saved calculations and auto-renewable premium subscriptions (weekly and annual) that unlock unlimited saves, the cost/budget feature and clean sharing.

Payment is charged to the Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and can be canceled in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on the iOS device.

4. Calculation Accuracy

Calculations provided by BuildCalc are estimates based on user-provided measurements. They do not replace evaluation by a qualified professional. We always recommend consulting an engineer or architect before executing construction work.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design and code of BuildCalc are property of DevSkin. Reproduction, distribution or reverse engineering without authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

BuildCalc is provided "as is". We are not responsible for decisions made based on the app's calculations, including measurement errors, material waste or construction issues.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be modified at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the application.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The competent forum for resolving any disputes is Sao Paulo/SP.
