By using WordDay, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Acceptance
Downloading, installing or using WordDay constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Service Description
WordDay is a vocabulary learning application that offers:
- Daily words in multiple languages with Portuguese translation
- Pronunciation, usage examples and etymology
- Interactive puzzles for retention
- Weekly review with performance quiz
- Favorites system for important words
3. Plans and Subscription
Free Version
- Access to word of the day
- Basic learning features
Premium Subscription
- Access to all available languages
- Unlimited puzzles
- Complete weekly review
- Automatic monthly or annual renewal
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Cancellation available in App Store settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions)
4. Usage Conditions
The user agrees to:
- Use the application only for personal and educational purposes
- Not reverse engineer or modify the software
- Not use the service for unlawful purposes
5. Intellectual Property
WordDay, including source code, design, trademarks and content, is owned by DevSkin. Reproduction, modification or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided without guarantees of:
- Absolute accuracy in translations and pronunciations
- Uninterrupted availability
- Specific learning outcomes
DevSkin is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application.
7. Changes
These terms may be modified at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the application.
8. Termination
Access to the application may be suspended or terminated in case of violation of these terms.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The competent forum for resolving any disputes is Sao Paulo/SP.
