HydroPlant is a hydration tracking app that allows you to log your daily water intake and watch a virtual plant grow based on your habits.

3. In-App Purchases

The app offers premium content (additional plants) available as one-time purchases (non-consumable) through the Apple App Store.

All purchases are processed by Apple. We do not offer refunds directly — to request a refund, please contact Apple Support.

You can restore your purchases at any time through the app settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in HydroPlant, including design, graphics, animations, and code, is the property of DevSkin Apps and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is". HydroPlant does not replace professional medical advice on hydration. Consult a healthcare professional for personalized recommendations.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application, including loss of locally stored data.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
