By using ContractScan, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Acceptance
Downloading, installing or using ContractScan constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Service Description
ContractScan is a contract analysis application that uses artificial intelligence to:
- Scan contracts via the device's camera
- Extract text through optical character recognition (OCR)
- Identify potentially dangerous or abusive clauses
- Classify clauses by severity level
- Provide explanations about identified risks
3. Legal Disclaimer
ContractScan does not replace professional legal advice.
- Analyses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies
- Do not use the application as the sole basis for legal or contractual decisions
- Consult a lawyer before signing important contracts
- The application is an auxiliary tool, not a substitute for legal counsel

- Monthly: $9.99/month
- Annual: $59.99/year
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Cancellation: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
5. Usage Conditions
The user agrees to:
- Use the application only for personal and legitimate purposes
- Not reverse engineer or modify the software
- Not use the service for unlawful purposes
- Not redistribute or resell content generated by the application
6. Intellectual Property
ContractScan, including source code, design, trademarks and content, is owned by DevSkin. Reproduction, modification or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided without guarantees of:
- Absolute accuracy in clause analyses
- Uninterrupted availability
- Specific legal outcomes
DevSkin is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application, including decisions made based on the analyses provided.
8. Changes
These terms may be modified at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the application.
9. Termination
Access to the application may be suspended or terminated in case of violation of these terms.
10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The competent forum for resolving any disputes is Sao Paulo/SP.
