How does contract analysis work?

Point your iPhone's camera at the contract or import an image. ContractScan extracts the text via OCR and uses artificial intelligence (GPT-4o) to identify potentially dangerous clauses, classifying them by severity level: high, medium, and low.

What is the daily analysis limit?

Free Version: 3 analyses per day, resetting at midnight.
Premium: Unlimited analyses.

Does the analysis replace a lawyer?

No. ContractScan is an auxiliary tool that uses AI to identify clauses that deserve attention. For important legal decisions, always consult a lawyer.

Are my contracts stored on any server?

No. Contract texts and images are processed in real-time and discarded immediately. All analysis history is stored only locally on your device.

• Annual: $59.99/year
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

How to restore a previous purchase?

Go to Settings > Restore Purchases within the app. Use the same Apple ID from the original purchase.

How to delete my data?

Go to Settings > Clear History within the app. Alternatively, uninstalling the application removes all information.

Can I use my own OpenAI API key?

Yes. Go to Settings > API Key and enter your key. It will be stored securely only on your device.

Is an internet connection required?

Yes, contract analysis requires a connection for AI communication. History and settings work offline.
